How will I receive my video?

You will receive a link to your video via email.  The email we send the link to is the one provided during your order placement.  When you receive your email, you should follow the directions to save the file in your format of choice directly to your PC.  If you ordered the optional DVD, a standard DVD will be sent, playable on both standalone DVD players and PC's with DVD players.

What format is the video that I will receive?

Each personalized video is made  available in two formats - Windows Media , and Adobe Quicktime.  You should have the latest player installed for the best results.

How long is each video?

Christmas Grams are approximately 4 minutes in length.  Premium Christmas Grams are approximately  five and a half minutes in length.

Do you have an affiliate program or other referral marketing program?
